Status of this statement

This statement is published voluntarily as a governance and transparency measure. If Seifert Dynamics becomes subject to a specific statutory modern slavery reporting obligation, the company will review and update its process accordingly.

Our business and supply chain

Seifert Dynamics is a U.S.-based operational software and systems engineering firm. Our supply chain is primarily professional services, software, cloud, hardware, communications, and business operations providers.

Policies and expectations

We expect personnel, contractors, and suppliers to comply with applicable labor, human rights, anti-trafficking, anti-corruption, and procurement requirements. We do not knowingly work with suppliers that use forced labor or human trafficking.

Risk management

Modern slavery risk is assessed through supplier selection, contractual expectations where appropriate, review of higher-risk categories, and escalation of concerns to leadership.

Reporting concerns

Concerns may be reported to legal@seifertdynamics.com. Reports will be reviewed and escalated as appropriate. Retaliation for good-faith reporting is not tolerated.

We expect this program to mature with the company, customer requirements, regulatory obligations, and supply-chain complexity.

This statement is reviewed annually by company leadership and updated when operations, suppliers, or legal obligations change materially.
